We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with: • Staffing agencies you are affiliated with (workers' professional profiles and credentials) • Healthcare facilities, as permitted by your agency's settings • Service providers who help us operate the platform (e.g., cloud hosting, email delivery) • Law enforcement or regulatory authorities when required by law Agency customers control what worker information is visible to their facility partners.
5. Data Retention
We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. You may request deletion of your account at any time. Certain information may be retained for legal, regulatory, or compliance purposes even after account deletion.
6. Security
We implement industry-standard security measures including 256-bit TLS encryption in transit, AES-256 encryption at rest, access controls, and regular security audits. We are designed to align with HIPAA and PIPEDA requirements. No system is 100% secure. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact security@carewix.com immediately.
7. Your Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to: • Access the personal information we hold about you • Correct inaccurate data • Request deletion of your data • Object to or restrict certain processing • Data portability To exercise any of these rights, email privacy@carewix.com. 9. HIPAA
Carewix acts as a Business Associate under HIPAA for customers who use the platform to process Protected Health Information (PHI). We sign Business Associate Agreements (BAAs) with agency customers. Contact compliance@carewix.com to request a BAA.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through a notice on our platform. Your continued use of Carewix after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
