We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with: • Staffing agencies you are affiliated with (workers' professional profiles and credentials) • Healthcare facilities, as permitted by your agency's settings • Service providers who help us operate the platform (e.g., cloud hosting, email delivery) • Law enforcement or regulatory authorities when required by law Agency customers control what worker information is visible to their facility partners.

5. Data Retention

We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. You may request deletion of your account at any time. Certain information may be retained for legal, regulatory, or compliance purposes even after account deletion.

We implement industry-standard security measures including 256-bit TLS encryption in transit, AES-256 encryption at rest, access controls, and regular security audits. We are designed to align with HIPAA and PIPEDA requirements. No system is 100% secure. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact security@carewix.com immediately.
