How does the 3 months free work?
When you subscribe to any annual plan, your first 3 months are completely free. You pay for 9 months upfront and get access for the full 12 months. This offer is available on annual billing only — monthly plans are priced at the standard rate with no free months.
Do I need to commit to a full year to get the 3 months free?
Yes — the 3 months free is exclusively for annual plans. You pay 9 months × your plan rate in one upfront payment and get 12 full months of access. If you'd rather pay monthly, that's available too, but the founding offer won't apply.
What happens if my team grows past my plan's recruiter limit?
You can upgrade your plan at any time. We'll prorate the difference for the remainder of your billing period. No penalties for upgrading.
Do workers pay anything?
No — Carewix is completely free for healthcare workers, always. Agencies pay the subscription. Workers create their profile, manage credentials, and apply to shifts at no cost.
Is my data HIPAA-compliant?
Yes. All plans include HIPAA-aligned and PIPEDA-aligned data storage. Data is encrypted at rest and in transit. We sign BAAs (Business Associate Agreements) for all agency customers.
Can I use Carewix in both the USA and Canada?
Absolutely. Carewix is built for healthcare staffing across both countries, with full support for HIPAA, PIPEDA, and PHIPA.
Can I cancel anytime?
Monthly plans can be cancelled at any time. Annual plans are billed upfront — if you cancel early, your access continues until the end of the paid period. We don't offer refunds for unused months on annual plans.
